Flaireel, the Android app and this website · last updated 24 August 2026
Flaireel turns a property listing's photos into a short video, and it does that work on your phone. This page says exactly what that means for your data — it is short because there is not much to tell.
What stays on your phone
- Listing photos. When you share a listing link, the photos are downloaded from the listing's own site straight to your device and processed there. They are never uploaded to our servers.
- Photos you pick from your gallery. Processed on the device, same as above. The app copies your picks into its own working folder and never touches the originals.
- The rendering. Scene analysis and video encoding run entirely on the device.
What we store
- Your account. You sign in with Google; we keep your Google account identifier, e-mail address and a display name.
- Finished videos. When a video is done, the app uploads it to our storage so you get a link you can share. Anyone with the link can watch the video — the link is long and unguessable, and that is its only protection, so share it as deliberately as you would the video itself. You can delete videos in the app; deleting removes the file from storage.
- Listing facts you submit. The title, address, price and similar details the app read from a listing (or you typed in), so your library can show them.
- Usage counters. How many videos your account has generated, because the free tier is counted.
Your own AI assistant
For listing sites the app has never met, it asks your own AI assistant account (for example ChatGPT or Gemini, whichever you have signed into) to read the listing page and describe where its photos are. That means the content of that public listing page passes through your assistant under your own account and its provider's terms. Your photos are not sent — only the listing page the whole internet can already see. If you never hit an unknown site, this never happens.
Payments
The Pro subscription is billed by Google Play. We never see your card; Google tells us only that your subscription is active.
This website
flaireel.app sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no third-party requests. What you read here stays between you and your browser.
The iOS waiting list
If you type your address into the "iOS is coming" form, we store that address, the date, which form you used and which version of this wording you agreed to. Nothing else — no name, no company, no tracking, and your IP address is used only to rate-limit the form and is never written down.
The basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. We use it for exactly one message: an email the day the iPhone app is available. It is never used for anything else and never shared.
To be removed before then, write to [email protected] — that deletes the address rather than marking it. The launch email itself carries a one-click unsubscribe link which does the same thing.
Deleting your data
Videos and listings: delete them in the app. Your account and everything attached to it: write to [email protected] from the signed-in address and we will remove it.
